"Cllr Keith Martin then proposed that the landowner who will benefit the most from the zoning should have some of their land zoned as Community and Leisure. He said that there are already about 250 acres zoned residential not built on in the Westport area. A recess was called and upon resumption his proposal was defeated by six votes to three. He made a point. The latest changes will now be presented to the public again."
